Terms of Service
Effective October 27, 2026
These Terms govern your use of DepotPro (the "Service"), provided by Port Technology Services LLC ("we", "us"). If your organization has a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.
1. Accepting these terms
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for it.
2. The Service
DepotPro helps businesses manage depot operations, equipment, inspections, repairs and related records. We may improve or change features over time. We will give Customers reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.
3. Accounts
Your organization's administrator controls access to its account. Keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights
- Upload malicious code, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security, or probe or test it without permission
- Reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it
- Use the Service to send unsolicited messages
5. Customer data
Customers own the data they enter into the Service. They give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for having the right to provide that data, including any consent needed to send messages to the people they record.
6. Text messages
Text messages from DepotPro are covered by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
7. Our property
We own the Service and its software, design and content, apart from Customer data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
8. Fees
Fees for the Service are set in each Customer's order or agreement.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or others at risk. Customers may stop using the Service at any time, under their agreement. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10 and 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
