SMS Terms

DepotPro is a product of Port Technology Services LLC. DepotPro sends transactional text messages only to people who give their mobile number and agree to receive them. Messages never contain marketing.

What you will receive

Text messages about a transaction you take part in, such as a link to view or download your receipt when you check equipment in or out at a depot that uses DepotPro.

How you opt in

Texts are only sent when you ask for one. At the end of a transaction (for example, when you sign for equipment at a depot), the DepotPro tablet asks how you would like your receipt: Email receipt, Text receipt or No receipt. Nothing is texted unless you:

1. Choose Text receipt.
2. Type your own mobile number. The field is always empty, and the depot never fills it in for you.
3. Tap Text receipt again, directly below this consent statement:

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. Each time you opt in, we record your number, the time and the transaction.

Message frequency

Varies. Messages are sent only about transactions you request texts for, usually one per transaction. We do not send recurring or marketing messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
